Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any straws. If any items are damaged during delivery, please contact us with the relevant pictures on hello@thecocktailclub.com.au
Dehydrated citrus must be sealed and in its original package to be eligible for a refund.

Should the incorrect item be sent out, The Cocktail Club takes responsibility for the mistake made and sends out the correct order as soon as possible. 

Our policy lasts 14 days. The purchased item you wish to return must be received by us within 14 of receiving your order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. A full refund or exchange of the item will be processed accordingly. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For refunds of shipping costs, please contact the relevant shipping company.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Standard (Over 1kg & Up to 3kg) - $15.00

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $60 (product total must be equal to or great than $60.00AUD excluding shipping cost).
