At The Cocktail Club, we believe that great drinks and environmental responsibility can go hand in hand. As a mobile bar business based in Perth, we strive to reduce our carbon footprint and make a positive impact on the planet. That's why we have implemented several eco-friendly initiatives that not only elevate our cocktails but also contribute to a sustainable future.


Carbonation with a Twist:

One of our notable practices is the use of stainless steel reusable water bottles for carbonated water in our cocktails. By opting for these bottles instead of single-use plastic ones, we significantly minimize our plastic waste. Not only does it help us reduce our environmental impact, but it also ensures that our drinks are of the highest quality. The carbonated water remains fresh and bubbly, enhancing the taste and presentation of cocktails like the classic Mojito.

Sipping Responsibly:

Say goodbye to disposable straws! In addition to reusable water bottles, we have also introduced metal straws as an alternative to disposable plastic straws. These stylish and durable straws are not only a more sustainable choice but also add a touch of elegance to every sip. By encouraging our customers to use these straws, we collectively reduce the consumption of single-use plastics and protect our oceans and marine life.

But our commitment to sustainability doesn't stop there. We have taken our efforts a step further by dehydrating all leftover limes, lemons, and mint for future use as garnishes. Instead of letting these ingredients go to waste, we carefully dry and preserve them, creating flavourful and eco-friendly garnishes for upcoming events. This approach not only minimizes food waste but also adds a unique touch to our cocktails, showcasing the creativity and resourcefulness of our team.
